notes were created during 1978-1980 to aid instruction in geodesy
and adjustments (B.S. Program in Surveying Engineering, University
of Maine). They were distributed in bounded form and were a
useful resource when preparing the book
GPS Satellite Surveying and the GPS-GAP courses. Because the notes were
assembled without the
benefit of a word processor, they have never been edited and existing errors have never been corrected. The material is made
available free of charge for personal use on the as-is-basis.
