Program - Mathcad
To enhance understanding of
mathematics we make ample use of Mathcad. Essentially, every
lecture is revisited with Mathcad examples multiple times and
almost every equation in the textbook is brought "alive" by taking
advantage of Mathcad's intuitive graphical programming style.
Using Mathcad avoids the need for common programming skills among
students such as legacy C or Fortran.
While the programs feature audio
and display the source code, the input data sources are
"hardwired" to assure that the audio interpretation and the
visuals remain in sync. The Mathcad source files are available to
the students upon request.
Although students are not
required to have Mathcad installed on their computer it is,
however, strongly recommended that students obtain a single-user
copy. For details please contact
